Breefly - Terms of Service

Welcome to Breefly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Breefly mobile application (the "App") provided by Breefly ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1. Breefly is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the App, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

1.2. You agree not to modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the App.

1.3. You must not transmit any malware or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Breefly and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Breefly.

3. Termination

3.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

3.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App.

4. Governing Law

4.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Changes

5.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

5.2. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
